Effect of Educational Intervention on Hand Hygiene for Nurses: An Observational Study

摘要 目的研究教育干预对护士手卫生知识及手卫生执行状况的影响。方法选取100名护士为研究对象,施行教育干预的措施,对干预前、后情况进行调查及评价。结果干预后护士手卫生知识及手卫生落实明显改善,护士洗手率明显高于行为教育干预前的洗手率,由35.78%上升到66.02%(P<0.01)。结论对医院护士开展手卫生知识及手卫生执行行为教育,建立监督管理机制,可有效提高临床护士手卫生的依从性及质量,切实做好医院感染控制工作。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of educational intervention on the knowledge and execution of hand hygiene for nurses. METHODS One hundred nurses were selected as subjects, who were trained with educational intervention. Status before and after intervention was investigated and evaluated. RESULTS Nurses improved significantly their knowledge and execution of hand hygiene after educational intervention. The rate of handwashing was significantly increased from 35. 78% to 66.02% (P〈0. 01). CONCLUSIONS The compliance and quality of hand hygiene for nurses in clinical practice will be improved by behavior education of the knowledge and execution of hand hygiene and establishment of supervision management system, which will promote to control hospital infection.
