摘要
目的评价多黏菌素(多黏菌素B和多黏菌素E)对耐亚胺培南鲍氏不动杆菌的体外抗菌活性。方法2008年1月-2009年4月从临床感染患者送检标本中分离的299株鲍氏不动杆菌,按照对亚胺培南的耐药性分为亚胺培南耐药菌株和亚胺培南敏感菌株,并检测其对多黏菌素B、多黏菌素E等19种抗菌药物的敏感性。结果299株鲍氏不动杆菌主要分离自痰液标本(89.3%),科室中以ICU为主,分离占37.5%;检出耐亚胺培南菌167株,占55.9%;多黏菌素B、多黏菌素E对耐亚胺培南鲍氏不动杆菌的敏感率分别为97.0%和97.6%,显示了高度的敏感性;对耐亚胺培南鲍氏不动杆菌敏感性较高的其他抗菌药物还有头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(敏感率65.9%),其他抗菌药物敏感性均〈15.0%。结论多黏菌素对耐亚胺培南鲍氏不动杆菌具有良好的体外抗菌活性。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the in vitro antibacterial activity of polymyxin (including polymyxin B and colistin)against imipenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii. METHODS All of the 299 strains of A. baumannii isolated from patients with infection during the period of Jan 2008 to Apr 2009 were identified and their drug resistance to 19 frequently used antibiotics were analyszed. RESULTS A total of 299 strains of A. baumannii were mainly isolated from sputum specimens(89. 3%) and ICU ward(37. 5%). Among all strains , 167 imipenemresistant isolates (accounted for 55. 9%) were detected. The sensitive rate to.polymyxin B and colistin against imipenem-resistant isolates were 97.0 % and 97.6%, respectively, and cefoperazone/sulbactam (65.9 %) was next to them. Besides, the sensitive rate to other antibiotics was less than 15. 0%. CONCLUSIONS Polymyxin demonstrates a powerful in vitro antibacterial activity against imipenem-resistant A. baumannii.
