替考拉宁在革兰阳性菌重症感染中的疗效观察

Teicoplanin in Treatment of Gram-positive Bacterial Infections in Severe Patients:A Clinical Observation

目的了解替考拉宁在由革兰阳性菌引起的重症感染中的疗效,以及剂量与疗效的关系。方法收集医院2008年全年革兰阳性菌感染患者给予替考拉宁治疗的病例,统计临床疗效,细菌学清除率以及药物不良反应。结果替考拉宁治疗临床有效率为79.80%,细菌学清除率为73.08%,未发现明显不良反应。结论替考拉宁治疗由革兰阳性菌引起的重症感染疗效确切。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of teicoplanin in patients with Gram-positive bacterial infection,and the relationship between dose and efficacy. METHODS The data of teicoplanin taken by patients with Gram-positive bacterial infection in Daping Hospital in the year 2008 were collected and analyzed, so as to determine the clinical efficacy, bacterial clearance and ADRs. RESULTS The overall clinical efficacy rate of teicoplanin was 79.81%0, the bacterial clearance was 76.67~. No adverse drug reaction occurred in patients. CONCLUSIONS Teicoplanin is effective in the treatment of Gram-positive bacterial infections in severe patients.
