医院感染横断面调查分析

Prevalence Rate of Nosocomial Infection:An Investigation Analysis

目的了解医院感染现状。方法采用横断面调查的方法,对2005年7月27日住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查。结果调查当日住院患者1102例,医院感染现患率为4.63%,例次现患率4.72%;下呼吸道(42.31%)为最常见的感染部位;抗菌药物使用率49.82%,一联用药84.52%,二联用药15.12%;预防用药以三代头孢菌素为主(44.25%),细菌培养标本送检率33.06%。结论医院感染横断面调查,能够为有效开展医院感染目标性监测提供依据。

OBJECTIVE To estimate the current situation about nosocomial infection （NI）. METHODS A pointprevalence survey of NI in all inpatients was made on July 27, 2005. RESULTS Of the 1102 patients investigated, the prevalence rate of NI was 4.63 %, the case prevalence rate was 4.72 %. The lower respiratory tract（42.31% ） was the most common site of NI. The usage rate of antibiotics was 49.82%. Among them,84.52% were used the single antibiotic and 15.12 % used two kinds of antibiotics. The third-generation cephalosporin used as proplylaxis against infection accounted for 44. 25% and the delivery rate of bacterial culture specimen was 33. 06%. CONCLUSIONS The prevalence survey can offer evidence of target surveillance of NI.
