Improvement of Problem-oriented Management Quality in Sterilization and Supply Center

目的为提高消毒供应室的管理质量。方法以问题为导向思考管理的难点与缺陷,就此通过细化各岗位职责,合理安排人力资源;优化各区域的工作日程;提高全科人员的综合素质和主观能动性4方面的对策来提高供应室的管理质量。结果通过以上改革使供应室管理质量得到大幅度提高。结论供应室的管理工作中能多观察现存问题可反过来审视现行的管理模式是否适时,以便及时的查漏补缺,不断完善管理质量,间接提高医疗安全。

OBJECTIVE To improve the management quality in the sterilization and supply center. METHODS The problem-oriented management of difficulties and shortcomings was thinked and analyzed. In response to these problems, the following measures were taken, the first to detailed the job responsibilities and reasonable arrangements for human resources, the second to optimize the sectional work agenda, the third to improve the overall quality among staff and the fourth to enhance the subjective initiatives. RESULTS The management quality in the sterilization and supply center had been improved rapidly after realizing above measures. CONCLUSIONS The problems found in the work need to be paid attention. Through these issues in turn can supervise the suitability of such a management approach. In this way, we can find the shortcomings timely and strengthen the corresponding measures, and continuously improve the quality of management.
