The way to teach and to be a qualified teacher for a young teacher in university is the way of his development and success, which is the comprehensive performance of his vocational morality and thought realm, education idea and teaching ability, research consciousness and scientific research level. A Young teacher in university should love education, be loyal to educational undertaking, admire vocational morality concentrating on the love of teacher; possess educational thoughts and teaching ideas in accordance with the time development and social requirement, with steady teaching skills to teach well. He should also strengthen research consciousness, capture research issues, effectively advance research process, and achieve good research ability, so as to make himself become a qualified university teacher.
