某异形烟囱设计

摘要 某供热厂的烟囱总高度为112m,为上口放大的形状,并且上口有一斜向切面。烟囱的最小截面位于70m标高处,与普通烟囱的形状有显著区别,受力也有显著不同。本烟囱采用Sap2000软件进行计算分析,并采用烟囱规范组编制的计算程序进行复核计算。同时,还使用了MathCAD进行手算复核。通过3种计算方式,对计算结果做出合理的评估,以指导施工图设计。 A chimney in a heating plant is total 112 m high. It has a blown-up diameter of stack opening with a diagonal plane. The minimum section of the chimney is located at 70 m elevation. Its shape is significant difference than the ordinary chimney, and its internal force is also. Sap 2000was used to analysis the chimney. The specific program (Designed by the organizer of the Code for Design of Chimneys) and MathCAD was also used to check the result. By the three kinds of calculations, a reasonable assessment results has been made to guide the construction design.
