参加新农合患者医疗费用的因子分析

Factor analysis of medical expenses of inpatients participating in new rural CMS

目的:探讨参加新型农村合作医疗的住院患者医疗费用的主要支配因子,为控制住院医疗费用的过度增长提供科学依据。方法:某3所县级医院2008年就诊的参加新型农村合作医疗6 475人为样本,采用因子分析的方法对出院病人的各项医疗费用进行分析。结果:床位治疗西药因子、手术检查因子、护理因子和中药因子是支配病人住院费用的4个公因子。结论:控制医疗费用的过度增长,应着力降低药费和治疗费,加强对参加新型合作医疗的农民医疗补偿比例。

Objective To explore the main controlling factors of the medical expenses of patients participating in new rural CMS so as to provide suggestions of controlling the excessive rise of the medical expenses. Method 6 475 cases treated in three county hospitals in 2008 were selected as samples ,the medical expenses of whom are analyzed by the factor analysis method. Results Factors of bed occupation, medicine and treatment cost,operation and laboratory test,nursing,Chinese medicine cost are the four common factors influencing medical expenses. Conclusions Expenses for medicine and treatment should be controlled first, and it is important for government to increase medical compensation for patients participating in new rural CMS.
