衢州市社区居民代谢综合征综合防治效果评价 被引量:1

Community-based comprehensive prevention and control for metabolic syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨以社区为基础的代谢综合征综合防治模式。方法:对某城市2个社区20岁以上居民进行病史等调查,检测身高、体重、体重指数、腰围、血压、空腹血糖、血脂等指标及健康状况;将筛查出的307名代谢综合征患者随机分为干预组和非干预组,并进行综合管理。结果:通过18个月的社区医疗综合干预,多种代谢综合征危险因素得到进一步控制;代谢综合征患者各项指标较干预前有改善(P<0.05)。结论:以社区为基础的代谢综合征综合干预措施可减少居民的代谢综合征危险因素水平、增加患者的治疗率和控制率,提高社区代谢综合征患者治疗效果和生活质量。 Objective To explore community--based comprehensive interventions for metabolic syndrome in urban communities. Methods Investigations were conducted including height, weight, body mass index, waistline, blood pressure ,fasting blood glucose ,blood lipid and health status of men and women aged 20 years or older in two urban communities. 307 cases of patients with metabolic syndrome were divided randomly into intervention group and control group. We established a system managing and treating metabolic syndrome cases in intervention group. Results Many risk factors of metabolic syndrome were controlled by the community- based metabolic syndrome control trials. Every index of metabolic syndrome decreased significantly in prevention group compared with the control group (P〈 0. 05). ConclusionsThe community- based multiple risk factors interventions for metabolic syndrome could increase the effect on metabolic syndrome treatment and control. It can enhance the treatment effect and improve the quality of life in urban communities.
