浙江衢州地区500例儿童营养元素状况的调查分析 被引量:1

Nutritional status of children in Quzhou of Zhejiang Province:a study of 500 case

摘要 目的:评价浙江衢州地区儿童常见营养元素状况,为儿童合理补充元素提供参考。方法:剔除身患各种急慢性、遗传性疾病儿童生长发育正常无挑食习惯,随机选取2007年11月至2008年11月在浙江衢州市各个医院体检的健康儿童500例,使用BH5100原子吸收光谱仪,测定手指血的Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe的含量,分析比较结果。结果:不同性别儿童血中元素Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe测定结果显示差异均不显著(P>0.05)。不同年龄段所有抽查儿童血中元素Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe缺乏的检出率显示,Zn为最高,总缺乏率为3.40%;其次为Fe,总缺乏率为2.80%;第三缺乏的是Ca,总缺乏率为1.60%。不同年龄段所有抽查儿童血中元素Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe超高的检出率显示,Cu为最高,总超高率为3.20%;其次为Zn,总超高率为2.00%;第三超高的是Ca,总超高率为0.20%;Mg、Fe含量未发现超高情况。结论:儿童营养状态不容乐观,今后要加强健康教育,合理膳食,指导父母正确营养搭配,要有针对性地、合理地补充营养元素,以保障儿童的身体健康。 Objective To evaluate the nutritional status of children in Quzhou of Zhejiang province so as to provide a reference for rational trace elements intake. Methods 500 cases of healthy children were chosen randomly from hospitals of Quzhou, Zhejiang province from November 2007 to November 2008. Atomic absorption spectrometer BH5100 was adopted to determine Cu,Zn,Ca, Mg,Fe in their finger blood,and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The results show no significant difference in gender (P~ 0. 05). As for the shortage of trace elements in different age groups ,Zn was ranked first ,accounting for 3.40%. The next two were Fe and Ca ,accounting for 2. 800/00 and 1. 60%, respectively. As for the excess of trace elements, the first three were Cu, Zn and Ca in succession,accounting for 3.20% ,2.00% and 0.20% ,respectively. Mg and Fe did not exceed. Conclusions Nutritional status of children needs to be improved. Parents should learn the proper way of adding trace elements to diet of their children so as to keep them healthy.
