试点高校网络学历教育教学管理现状调查及分析 被引量:11

A Survey of Instructional Management for Online Diploma Education in China's Higher Education Institutions

摘要 经过十年发展,试点高校网络学历教育(简称"网络教育")学生规模足以支撑网络教育机构的正常运转,但质量和声誉仍有待提高,影响教学质量的重要因素之一是教学管理水平。本研究的目的是调查试点高校网络学历教育教学管理现状,分析问题,提出对策和分析。研究主要采用了文献研究、专家会议、实地调研、个别化访谈与数据文件处理等定量与定性相结合的方法,从69所试点高校中抽样选取了16个网络教育机构,进行实地调研,研究历时半年。本文包括五个部分:一、研究背景和调研目的;二、研究方法和研究过程;三、试点高校网络学历教育教学管理现状;四、试点高校网络学历教育教学管理的主要问题;五、加强试点高校网络学历教育教学管理的思路和建议。作者希望本文能够帮助读者全面了解试点高校网络学历教育的现状和未来改进的方向。 The past decade has seen rapid progress in online diploma education in China.Nevertheless,its quality and reputation have yet to be improved.The authors argue that instructional management is an important factor affecting quality and reputation.This study employed both qualitative and quantitative instruments of literature review,expert workshop,field research,interview,and document analysis.16 out of 69 online education institutions were sampled for field research which lasted for half a year.The survey covered the following aspects:program levels and management mechanism,programs offered and curricula,course evaluation and assessment,practicum,thesis writing,school records and teaching documents filing,the ratio of teachers to students,teaching quality monitoring and management,and responsibilities assumed by local learning centers.Survey results show that poor instructional management leads to poor quality and reputation.The article concludes by suggesting measures to improve instructional management for online diploma education.
