摘要 面授辅导是开放教育的教学组织形式之一,是教师传授知识和辅导答疑的主渠道之一,也是全面提高教育教学质量的关键。面授辅导课中的"学生到课率"在某种意义上反映了学生学习积极性、自觉性,也是学风的重要标志之一。本研究试图通过对广州电大2007-2008年度三个学期开设课程到课率数据的整理分析,查找开放教育面授辅导课到课率的影响因素,从而为提高开放教育教学管理效率、增加面授辅导课的有效性、促进学生的学习提供理论支持。 Face-to-face tutorials play an important role in facilitating learning in open and distance education.This study intended to explore factors affecting attendance rate in order to improve instructional management efficiency,enhance the effectiveness of tutorials,and facilitate distance learning.Research findings indicate that attendance rate is influenced by many factors,including the institution's perception of face-to-face tutorials,course nature and type,tutors' academic title,gender,age,employment status(full time or part time),and background,learning supervisors' number and gender,as well as schools' management.Of all the factors,management-related ones are the most critical.Therefore,it is argued that effective measures be taken to strengthen instructional management in order to attract more students to face-to-face tutorials.
