摘要
讨论了数控电解车削应用于难加工材料回转件加工的可行性,利用直线刃阴极在电解车削加工装置上进行了圆柱面回转件的加工试验,得到了主轴转速、加工间隙、工作电压相互之间的关系曲线,并对此进行了分析。
The feasibility of NC electrochemical turning machining of rotary parts which are made of hard- to-cut materials is discussed. The experiments of machining cylindrical surfaces are carried out by use of inner - spraying cathode on NC electrochemical turning machine tool. The influence of spindle speed, initial gap size and working voltage are evaluated. The experimental results are analyzed.
