摘要
针对针阀体喷孔的去毛刺技术要求,研制了一种以IGBT为开关器件的微秒级脉冲电源。该电源采用直流加斩波输出方案,直流部分采用现有稳压直流电源,设计了该电源斩波部分脉冲发生电路、推动电路、电源主电路和保护电路。使用该电源进行了针阀体电解去毛刺工艺实验,实验数据表明喷孔流量和压力室杂散腐蚀程度达到设计技术要求。
In accordance with the technical requirements of deburring on injector orifice of needle valve body, the microsecond-grade pulse power supply is developed with IGBT used as nomotron in this paper. The power supply is developed by adopting the scheme of DC-plus-chopper, with the existent constant voltage DC power supply employed in DC part. It is also designed that pulse generating circuit, driving circuit, main chopper circuit and protection circuit of the chopper of such power supply. Using this power supply, deburring experiments are made. As a result, the data indicate that both the flow of injector orifice and the degree of stray current corrosion in pressure chamber reach the designed technical requirements.
