摘要
目前,功率超声振动辅助加工技术的研究多集中于试验性分析,尽管有部分理论分析,但只是简单的介绍,尚未形成系统的理论体系。功率超声振动珩磨是功率超声振动切削在珩磨中的应用,通过在普通珩磨的基础上使油石产生功率超声振动来进行珩磨。从运动学角度对油石沿轴向的功率超声振动珩磨加工技术进行较为系统的理论研究,归纳出轴向功率超声振动珩磨的四个运动特性:1)分离特性;2)冲击特性;3)变速特性;4)往复熨压特性。为进一步的动力学研究提供了必要的支撑条件。
At present, the research of the ultrasonic vibration assisted machining technology is focused on the experimental analysis, even though there are some theoretical analyses, they are only simple introductions, have not been formed the systematic theoretical system. Power ultrasonic vibration honing is the application of power ultrasonic vibration cutting in the field of honing. From the perspective of kinematics, carries out systematic studies on ultrasonic vibration assisted honing along axial direction and the four geometric characteristics of the ultrasonic vibration honing are summarized: 1 )separation characteristics,2)the impact of properties, 3 ) variable-speed characteristics,4 ) reciprocating ironing pressure characteristics. Which provides the necessary conditions for further dynamics analysis.
