摘要
从加工含有内圆弧截面的回转体机械模具产品出发,对比分析"赶刀法"、靠模铣削、数控和样板刀加工等常用加工工艺的不足。探讨加工刀具绕断面轮廓圆弧中心做圆周旋转的可行性,设计出一套内圆弧面车削工具,通过使刀具做围绕刀座轴线的圆周运动,解决了常用加工工艺中的过切、干涉及刀尖圆角造成的加工误差等问题。该套车削工具具有安装使用方便、调整简单精确、可实现大圆弧截面加工、降低工人劳动强度、提高工件精度和降低粗糙度的效果。
Contained with the processing section of the rotary ring machinery products, the deficiencies of the processing technology of the" blade time" mode by milling, CNC machining and processing model knife are proposed. The feasibility of the processing tool rotating around the cross-section profile is also discussed. A set of circular turning tools is designed ,which can solve the processing errors such as process in the cut-off, interference, rounded tip caused by issues. The turning tools is easy to use, easy adjust, It can achieve great circle cross-section of workers processing and reduce labor intensity, and improve accuracy as well as the finish effect of the work piece.
