摘要
设计一种可以同时实现旋转运动和直线运动的新型两自由度永磁电动机,给出轴向绕组和径向绕组的分布示意图,描述旋转磁场的形成和直线(轴向)运动原理。具体介绍设计中所使用的永磁材料和铁心材料。使用ANSYS建立电动机的有限元模型,给出有限元基本参数,具体描述前处理、材料定义、网格划分和边界条件的设定。仿真结果表明,这种两自由度永磁电动机的设计是可行的。
A novel two-degree-of-freedom permanent motor was designed. This kind of motor can provide rotary motion and linear motion simultaneously. Describes the principle of linear motion and rotary motion distribution schematics of axial windings and radial windings are given. Permanent magnet material and iron core material are introduced specifically. Makes finite element model with ANSYS and gives basic parameters. Besides, describes preprocessing, material definition, meshing and settings of boundary conditions. The design of two-degree-of-freedom permanent motor is proved by the simulation results.
