一株高效油脂降解菌的分离鉴定及其性能研究 被引量:11

摘要 从餐馆隔油池废水中筛选分离得到一株能高效降解油脂的芽孢杆菌DK-1,经16S rDNA同源性序列分析,鉴定为解淀粉类芽孢杆菌,并进一步考察了菌株的生物量、油脂去除率、CODCr去除率及乳化活性等性能。实验结果表明,菌体的乳化指数为65%,在初始油脂质量浓度为5 g/L,CODCr为55 000 mg/L左右的模拟高含油有机废水中,该菌株能生长并快速降解油脂,在48 h内油脂去除率为97.3%,CODCr的去除率为91.9%。 An oil- degrading Bacillus stain DK- 1 was isolated from oil trap of one restaurant. By 16S rDNA sequence homology analysis, it was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The characteristics of the strain such as biomass, oil - degrading ability, CODcr removal ability and activity of emulsification were tested. The results showed that in simulated high -oil organic wastewater where the initial oil mass concentration was 5 g/L,CODcr was about 55 000 mg/L, the strain could grow and quickly degrade and fats. The removal rate of oils and fats was 97.3%, and CODcr removal rate was 91.9% in 48 h.
