组织社会化:概念、结构与影响效应 被引量:13

摘要 组织社会化是个体通过调整自己的工作态度、工作行为和价值观念以适应新组织的价值体系,认同组织目标和行为规范并有效融入组织的过程。在文献研究的基础上,组织社会化的概念内涵、结构与影响效应等方面,对国内外组织社会化研究进行了归纳概括,指出了该研究领域存在的问题,并从理论与应用两个方面提出了一些具体的改善建议。
