脱毒苍山大蒜增产效果及生物学基础 被引量:4

摘要 以苍山大蒜“蒲棵”、“糙蒜”、“高脚子”3个品种的脱毒原种及其后代为试材,经田间种植小区对比试验,通过各代增产幅度的递减,初步明确在苍山大蒜产区的生态环境下,脱毒蒜从防虫网室释放后,在开放田间至少可利用5代。由于脱除了主要危害病毒GMV,脱毒蒜根系发达,植株高大健壮,叶绿素含量明显增加,叶面积指数、干物质积累等均明显提高,最终导致蒜薹和蒜头产量提高。 Different generations of virus free garlic(Allium sativum)stocks of 3 local varieties,“Puke”,“Chaosuan” and“Gaojiaozi” were compared with infected stocks in the field experimental plots in Cangshan,Shandong province,China The virus free garlic plants possessed a stronger root system The chlorophyll content of leaves,the index of leaf surface and the dry matter weight of the plant at different developmental stages in virus free garlic were increased significantly than those of the infected control plant The yields of the flower stems and the bulbs of the virus free garlic varieties were substantially higher than those from relevant infected varieties The results showed that the virus free garlic stocks delivered from the insect proofed gauze house could be used for 5 years at least in Cangshan,Shandong
