摘要
本文运用光学显微镜和扫描电镜系统地对绵剌和蒙古扁桃两种旱生植物叶片的表皮、叶肉、叶脉进行观察。观察结果为:它们的上表皮都产生了一些大型的泡状细胞,绵刺的上下表皮细胞形状相近,而且都有气孔分布,蒙古扁桃的上下表皮细胞差异较大,气孔仅分布在下表皮;叶肉的栅栏组织十分发达,两种植物的叶都属等面型叶;叶脉的维管束鞘明显,是由薄壁细胞构成的。
The epidermises、mesophylls and veins of leaves from Potaninia mongolica Maxim.and Prunrs mongolica Maxin. were systematically observed by the light microscope and scanning electron microscope.The result showed; both of Potaninia mongolica and Prunus mongolica have some large bulliform cells on the upper epidermis;stomata distribute on both upper and lower epidermis of Potaninia mogolica, The upper and lower epidermises have similar cells im shape; there are remarkable differences between the however,upper and lower epidermis cells of Prunus mongolica ,the stomata only distribute on the lower epidermis of it;leaves of both species belong to the isobilateral leaf with developed palisade tissue in the mesophyll,the veins have striking vascular sheath which is composed parenchyma cells.
