日粮中添加阳离子盐对泌乳期奶牛生产性能和离子平衡的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究阳离子盐对奶牛生产性能和离子平衡的影响。选用泌乳期、产奶量和胎次都无显著差异的荷斯坦奶牛48头,随机分为4组,各组每头分别饲喂阳离子盐0 g/天(对照组)、20 g/天(试验Ⅰ组)、30g/天(试验Ⅱ组)和40 g/天(试验Ⅲ组),试验期共55天。结果表明:试验组的产奶量普遍提高,但乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率变化不明显,同时提高了牛乳中K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+,而阴离子Cl-和SO42-离子基本无变化(P>0.05);血清中K+、Mg2+、Na+、Cl-含量变化不明显(P>0.05),但显著增加了SO42-离子含量(P<0.05)。可见,泌乳期奶牛日粮中添加阳离子盐可以提高奶牛的产奶量,维持离子平衡,有利于保证奶牛健康。 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of cation ion salt on production performance of dairy cows and ionic balance. Forty-eight Holstein cows with no significant differences in lactation period, milk yield and parity, were randomly divided into 4 groups, each were fed with cation ion salt 0 g / d, 20 g / d, 30 g / d and 40 g / d respectively. The feeding trial lasted for 55 days. The results showed that: the milk yield. fat, protein, lactose of test groups were all improved, the content of K^+. Na^+. Ca^2+. Mg^2+ in milk were also increased, but there were no significant effect on percentage of Cl-and S042+ (P〉0.05); there were no significant effect on the percentage of K^+, Mg^2+ , Na^+, Cl^- in serum(P〉0.05),but there were significant raising on the percentage of SO4^-2-(P〈0.05). These results indicated that adding the cation ion salt into the dietary of lactation dairy cows can increase the milk production, maintain ionic balance, it will help to ensure the health of dairy COWS.
