摘要
为研究棉花无土育苗移栽的关键技术,在大田栽培条件下,以南抗9号为研究材料,分析不同苗质、移栽方式、土质及生长调节剂对棉花无土苗移栽后生长发育的影响。结果表明,壮苗移栽成活率高、缓苗期短,其中又1叶壮苗成活率最高,缓苗期最短,分别为94%和8天。不同移栽方式中,打洞移栽棉花成活率高于穴栽34个百分点,其中打洞覆膜成活率最高。粘质土壤移栽苗成活率较低,缓苗期长;地膜覆盖能显著提高移栽苗成活率,缩短缓苗期。此外,喷施调节剂有利于株高和主茎的真叶数增加,说明喷施促进型生长调节剂是缩短缓苗期的辅助核心技术。研究结果为进一步研究和推广棉花无土育苗技术提供指导。
The research aimed to study the key transplanting technique on soilless-grow seedling of cotton.Nan Kang No.9 was used to investigate the effect of different seedling,and different transplanting ways,and different soil types on the growth of soilless-grow seedling of cotton.The results showed that the transplanting survival rate was the highest(94%) and the recovering stage was the shortest(8 days) for the strong seedling in 1st leaf period.The transplanting survival rate was higher for soilless-grow seedling,transplanting after digging holes.The seedling cultivating in clay soil had lower survival rate and longer recovering stage,but film-mulching could improve them.The treatment of spraying growth regulators enhanced the plant height and leaves on the main stem.The study will help the soilless-grow seedling of cotton to further research and popularize.
