摘要
为了揭示植被的适应机理,从而为广西滨海过渡带的恢复途径与技术提供科学依据,对两种不同培养(海沙培养和河沙培养)基质下红鳞蒲桃幼苗的光合生理日变化特征进行研究。结果表明,在海沙中生长的红鳞蒲桃幼苗的光合速率、蒸腾速率及气孔导度均高于在河沙中生长的幼苗。两种基质培养的幼苗的光合速率和气孔导度都呈现"双峰"曲线的变化趋势,且第一个峰值大于第二个峰值。幼苗的蒸腾速率呈现"波浪"渐减曲线的变化趋势。
In order to reveal the mechanism of adaptation of vegetation and provide scientific basis for recovery approach and technology in coastal zone in Guangxi,the photosynthetic diurnal variation characteristics of Syzygium hancei seedlings in two different filter media,including sea sand culture and river sand culture,were studied.The results showed that photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of Syzygium hancei seedlings in sea sand were higher than that in river sand.Photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance showed "peaks" of the trend curve,and the first peak was greater than the second peak in two filter media.Transpiration rate of the seedlings was a "wave" in the trend of decreasing curve.
