初始技术与资源禀赋差异所形成的国际不合理分工,导致发达国家与发展中国家、不发达国家之间的贸易利益分配呈现出不合理的"马太效应"。技术进步对固定资本投资、人力资本投资的影响以及国际经济制度权利分配成为贸易利益中"马太效应"的三个主要传导途径。内生性的科技创新以及外在的经济冲击是发展中国家打破"马太效应"恶性循环,获得公正、合理的贸易利益的关键推动力。

The unreasonable international division of labour caused by the difference of initial technology and resource endowment leads to the Matthew Effect in the international trade benefit between developed countries and less-developed countries. The effects of technological progress on fixed capital investment and human capital investment and the distribution of international institutional powers have become three transmission approaches. Endogenic tech nology innovation and the shock of exterior economy will be the key impetus which can break the vicious circle of the Matthew Effect.
