叶底红扦插繁殖技术研究

Study on Cuttage Propagation of Phyllagathis fordii(Hance)

叶底红枝条顶部为插条在春季扦插,平均生根率最高,达79.33%,枝条中部为插条在春季扦插次之,平均生根率为67.33%;枝条顶部扦插的生根率优于中部;春季扦插生根率最高,平均生根率达73.33%,其他依次为秋季、夏季,冬季最差。采用NAA处理插条,适宜的浓度可以提高扦插生根率。NAA浓度50 mg/L处理枝条顶部,其平均生根率达93.33%;处理枝条中部,其平均生根率可达87.33%。
