土石坝浸润线至下游坝坡最小距离的确定

土石坝的浸润线位置在坝工建设以及堤岸建设中过去一直重视不够，事实上比较重要：第一，它能为稳定计算和布置观测设备提供依据；第二，它能判断浸润线以下的饱和土料有无被冰冻的可能，从而验证排水设备型式、尺寸的合理性。但是土石坝的浸润线位置以往只是由渗流计算的浸润线方程通过绘图法绘制，工作量大，也没直观性。本文采用数学中点到直线的距离公式，可非常方便、准确地确定出该最小距离及其位置，尤其是土石堤坝在防洪工程方面，它的适用性更为显著。

The moist line location of the earth dam was paid no attention to the dam and shoreline construction.In fact,it is very important.First,it can provide the basis for the stable count and arranging observation equipments.Secondly,it can determine the possibility that the saturatio soil materials under the moist line are freezed in order to determine the model and measurement of the drainage facilities.But the moist line location of the earth dam was established by the moist line equation of the seepage count through the charting (it's heavy work,no objection).the minimum distance and location can be simply determined by the mathematica formula from a point to straight line in this paper. At the sametime,it's applicable for the flood control works.
