Comprehensive Evaluation of Urban and Rural Coordination of Yanshi City

现阶段城乡二元结构造成的深层次矛盾突出,加快推进社会主义新农村建设,大力推动城乡统筹发展,对于全面贯彻党的十七大精神,开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面具有重大而深远的意义。构建了包括3个一级指标和11个二级指标的县域城乡统筹发展综合评价指标体系与评价模型,并应用于中国中部地区偃师市城乡统筹发展的综合评价,分析了1990—2007年偃师市城乡统筹水平变化趋势及其成因,提出了相应的对策建议。

The dual structure in urban and rural has not yet been changed,the gap between regions is still widening in the current period.Balanced development of urban and rural coordination has important significance in implementing comprehensively the spirit of the Seventeenth Party Congress,and creating a new situation of the socialist cause.System and model of evaluation index were established for evaluating developmental level of urban and rural coordination of yanshi city with 3 first-grade indexes and 11 second-grade indexes.Variable trend and cause of urban and rural coordination of yanshi city were analyzed from 1990 to 2007.Finally,several policies and suggestions were proposed.
