摘要
利用磁控溅射方法在(100)SrTi O3单晶衬底上制备得到了三明治结构La0.7Sr0.3 MnO3/La0.96Sr0.04 MnO3/La0.7Sr0.3 MnO3磁性隧道结。非线性的I-V曲线表明势垒层中的导电输运机制为隧道效应。退火处理后隧道结的隧穿磁电阻及节电阻显著降低,这主要是由于退火后中间绝缘层La0.96Sr0.04 MnO3界面恶化所导致。
We have fabricated and characterized epitaxial La0. 7 Sr0. 3 MnO3/La0. 96 Sr0. 04 MnO3/La0.7 Sr0. 3 MnO3 magnetic trilayer junctions (MTJs) grown on (100) SrTiO3 (STO) substrates. A nonlinear behavior of I-V characteristics is indicative of the tunneling mechanism of conduction process at the boundaries. The tunneling magnetoresistance and junction resistance of the MTJs decrease rapidly with the annealing procedures carrying out. This can be explained as the interface degradation of the La0. 96 Sr0.04 MnO3 barrier.
