非离子型洗涤剂对浮游生物影响的研究

摘要 以活力28洗衣粉为代表进行了非离子型洗涤剂对栅藻(Scenedeamus)及大型氵蚤(Daphniamagna)毒性影响的研究,并模拟生态环境考察了其对自然水体中浮游生物的影响。结果表明,质量浓度10mg/L以下的活力28洗衣粉对栅藻和大型氵蚤的毒性效应不明显,有助于自然水体中浮游生物的生长繁殖、种群变化,从而对水体富营养化进程有加速作用。 Taking Power 28 washing powder as a representative , a study on the toxic effects of nonionic detergent on Scenedeamus and Daphnia magna was conducted. The effect of the detergent on plankton of natural waters under simulated ecological envinonment was also inspected . The result indicated that the detergent had no obvious toxic effect on Scenedeamas and Daphnia magna when its mass concentration was lower 10 mg/L. On the contrary, it low concentrations of the detergent benefited the growth and reproduction and the change of species of the plankton in natural waters. It could thus speed up eutroptication of waters.
