摘要
用ＬＫＢ－２２７７生物活性监测系统测定了大肠杆菌在不同培养基中的生长热谱，利用化学反应过渡状态理论的模式，计算出了大肠杆菌生长的活化熵、活化自由能及活化平衡常数。
Thermograms of Escherichia coli growth in 7 media were determined with LKB-2277 bioactivity monitor, activated entropies, activated free energies and activated equilibrium constants were calculated according to model of Activatad-complex theory.
