摘要
本研究采用人工干旱对比盆栽试验方法,探讨在水分胁迫下,西藏柏木生理生化指标变化规律及其抗旱机制。研究结果表明:在干旱条件下,叶水势降低,水分饱和亏缺增加,失水速率减小;电解质渗透率略有降低,脯氨酸累积增加,叶绿素a/b值变大;生长阻滞含水量是田间持水量的57%。综合分析表明,西藏柏木属于抗旱植物,抗旱机制是低水势忍耐脱水。
Through a series of conditioned comparison,this study focused on physiology of drought resistance of C.Torulosa D.Don,nowdays a widely developed edemic tree species for subtropic areas.The results are accordingly summerized as follows: (1)A constant water loss of soil can significantly cause a decrease in leaf water potential and the loss velocity of leaf water,while the saturation and deficit of water chlorophyll a/b and protine accumulation will increase. (2)57 percent of field capacity can prohibit its growth. (3) C.Torulosa D.Don,which presents a somewhat strong drought resistance,should be formulated as a pattern of enduring dehydration with low water potential.
