摘要
近年来,西藏依靠投资拉动,尤其是依靠中央直接投资,大规模地发展了基础设施建设。党的十七大针对近年来我国经济增长过于依靠投资和出口拉动、消费需求不足的现状,强调"扩大国内需求特别是消费需求"的观点,西藏经济的发展也面临着结构调整和选择问题。
