本文提出了三网融合将会催生我国新电信业的产生。同时讨论了三网融合与我国的信息化与工业化融合之间的关系。并相信,三网融合对我国国民经济的发展具有十分重要的作用。

This paper proposed that the three networks convergence will promote the emergence of new telecommunication in our country. At the same time, we discussed the relationship between the network convergence and integration of information and industrialization. We believe that the network convergence will play a key role in the development of our networks.
