复方邻苯二甲醛对猪源致病菌消毒效果的观察

OBSERVATION OF EFFICACY OF COMPOUND ORTHOPHTHALALDEHYDE IN DISINFECTING PIG PATHOGENIC BACTERIA

目的观察复方邻苯二甲醛对猪源致病菌的消毒效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和肉汤稀释法对复方邻苯二甲醛的杀菌效果和抗菌效果进行了实验室观察。结果用含邻苯二甲醛625 mg/L的该复方消毒液作用5 min,对悬液内猪源致病性大肠杆菌、沙门菌、猪链球菌的杀灭率分别为98.21%、99.99%和99.35%。在相同条件下,对标准菌株金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和白色念珠菌杀灭率均为100%,对白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为99.99%。用含邻苯二甲醛5000 mg/L的该复方消毒液作用5 min,对悬液内枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率为96.03%。结论复方邻苯二甲醛消毒液对猪源致病菌杀灭效果比对消毒试验指标菌差,说明猪源致病菌对其抗力较强。

Objective To observe disinfection effect of compound orthophthalaldehyde on pig pathogenic bacteria. Meth- od Germicidal of the compound orthophthalaldehyde was evaluated using the broth dilution method and suspension quanti- tative germicidal test. Results The compound orthophthalaldehyde solution containing 625 mg/L of othophthalaldehyde killed 98.21% , 99.99%, 99.35%, 100%, 100% and 99.99% of Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Streptococcus sais, Staphylococcus aureus , Candida albicans and Saphylococcus albus respectively in five minutes. The killing rate of BaciUus subtilis var. niger spose exposed to the compound disinfectant solution containing 5000 mg/L of orthophthalaldehyde for 5 min was 96.03%. Conclusion The efficacy compound orthophthalaldehyde disinfectant in killing pig pathogenic bacteria strains was lower than that in killing disinfection experimental index bacterial strains suggesting that pig pathogenic bacterial strains have stronger resistance to the compound orthophthalaldehyde disinfectant.
