一元颗粒型二氧化氯消毒剂消毒性能的试验观察

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON DISINFECTION PROPERTIES OF A MONOPHYLETIC GRANULAR FORM CHLORINE DIOXIDE

摘要 目的观察一元颗粒剂型二氧化氯消毒剂消毒性能。方法采用悬液定量杀灭试验和理化分析方法,对该消毒剂杀菌效果和现场消毒效果进行了观察。结果以含100 mg/L该二氧化氯消毒液作用5 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。用500 mg/L该二氧化氯消毒液作用10 min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭对数值>5.00。用含50 mg/L该二氧化氯消毒液作擦拭消毒,对物体表面的自然菌平均杀灭对数值均>1.00。结论该一元颗粒二氧化氯消毒剂对细菌繁殖体和细菌芽孢均有较强杀灭效果。 Objective To observe the disinfection properties of a monophyletic granular form chlorine dioxide disinfect- ant. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and physicochemical analysis were used to observe the bactericidal efficacy and field disinfection efficacy of this disinfectant. Results The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in suspension exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 100 mg/L for 5 minutes were all 〉 5.00. The average killing logarithm value of Bacillus subtilis vat. niger spores in suspension exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 500 mg/L for 10 minutes was 〉 5.00. Wiping the object surface with the disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 50 mg/L killed the natural bacteria by a log- arithm value 〉 1.00. Conclusions This monophyletic granular form chlorine dioxide disinfectant has relatively strong killing effect on vegetative forms of bacteria and bacterial spores.
