风险分析关键控制点应用于甲型H1N1流感疫情现场消毒干预模式中的探讨 被引量:13

HACCP SYSTEN IN DISINFECTION INTERFERING PROCESS FOR CONTROL OF INFUENZA A(H1N1) OUTBREAK

摘要 目的应用风险分析关键控制点的方法,控制甲型H1N1流感疫情。方法通过HACCP的步骤实施消毒干预,对某大学甲型H1N1流感疫情进行了有效控制。结果通过实施HACCP步骤,确定了化学消毒剂、个人防护、内外环境处理、生活垃圾与医疗垃圾处理等4个消毒关键控制点,建立院级指挥部中的消毒分支功能模块。消毒控制对象主要是人员、物品,环境,生活垃圾和医疗垃圾等,对家属区、医疗区、办公区严格实行定人、定时、定点和重点预防消毒和终末消毒。结论在甲型H1N1疫情防控中运用HACCP进行消毒干预,使得甲型H1N1流感疫情取得有效控制,为以后类似甲流疫情现场控制提供借鉴。 Objective HACCP ( Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) system was introduced into the control of influ- enza A virus subtype H1N1 outbreak at a collage. Methods According to seven process of HACCP system, disinfection interfering process was acted on the H1N1 concerned situations. Results Four critical control points (CCP) were indenti- fled, that was chemical disinfectors, individual protection, inner - and outer - environment management, life and medical garbage management. Disinfection embranehment was developed encoded in the college headquarter. The object of disinfection was personnel, stuffs, environment, air, life derived garbage, and medical waste. The resident sections, the medical sections, and the office sections were implemented terminal disinfection seriously respectively at certain time. Conclusions HACCP system was applied in the disinfection interfering for A[ H1N1 ] outbreak and the A( H1N1 ) epidemic situation was controlled well in time at the college. This action provided a good model for the control of A [ H1 N1 ] epidemic situation.
