摘要
目的探讨MCP-1对梗阻性积水肾脏功能的评估价值。方法应用B超对32名患者的双肾进行检测,分析肾积水的程度。应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测病肾肾盂尿MCP-1水平,检测结果与B超对肾积水程度的分级作相关分析。结果B超诊断重度肾积水4例,中度肾积水16例,轻度肾积水12例。病肾肾盂尿MCP-1水平随分级的增加而递增,在各分级组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。经Spearman秩次相关分析,病肾肾盂尿MCP-1水平与分级密切正相关,有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论病肾肾盂尿MCP-1的检测对梗阻性积水肾脏功能损害程度有较好的评估价值。
Objective To discuss the value of monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) in the renal function evaluation in obstructive hydmnephrosis. Methods Renal B ultrasound was performed in 32 patients and they were classified according to the degree of hydronephrosis. Urine MCP-1 concentration of hydronephrotic kidneys was detected by Enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assy (ELISA)and Spearman's correlation test was used to compare grades of hydronephrotie kidneys. Results Ultrasonic diagnosis showed severe- grade hydronephrosis 4 patients,moderate-grade hydronephrosis in 16 and mild- grade hydronephrosis in 12. There was a significant difference between the grades and the MCP-1 urine concentration of hydronephrotic kidneys (P〈 0.01 ). Spearman's correlation test showed MCP-1 was positively correlated closely with grades, with a significant difference(P^0.001 ). Conclusion MCP-1 urine concentration of hydronephrotic kidneys may evaluate damage degree of renal function.
