农村妇女代谢综合征现状分析

Prevalence of Rural Women with Metabolic Syndrome

目的了解农村成年女性代谢综合征的患病情况,为进一步的干预措施提供基础数据。方法在河南省选择两个农村自然村,以村(组)为单位,随机抽取18岁及以上的女性居民,采用问卷调查、体格测量和生化检测的方法调查代谢综合征的患病率。结果代谢综合征的粗患病率为15.30%,标化患病率为10.77%。代谢综合征的患病率随着年龄的增高有增高的趋势。研究对象初中以下文化程度的患病率高于初中以上。结论成年女性代谢综合征的患病率在农村地区已趋于严重,应及早采取干预措施,加强代谢综合征的宣传教育,做好有效的预防。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome of adult females in the rural area and to provide basic data for prevention and control of metabolic syndrome. Methods Females aged over 18 years old were selected randomly by cluster sampling technique from two rural communities. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome was investigated by using questionnaires, physical measurements and biochemical detection in the females. Results The crude prevalence rate and age-adjusted prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome were 15.30% and 10.77%, respectively and increased significantly with age. Metabolic syndrome was more prevalent in females at above junior high school education level than in those at below that level. Conclusion The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome of adult females has reached an epidemic level. Intervention programs for metabolic syndrome are eagerly needed in rural area in China.
