摘要
用带夹套的反应釜进行生产时，若为放热反应，其产生的热量会使夹套内的压力大大增加，当超过内筒的刚度时，就能引起筒体的失稳。本文结合笔者的亲身经历，介绍了一例由于放热反应引发的生产事故及其解决方法。
When the sleeved reactive cauldron works, its reagent occurs an exothermic reaction, it produces heat energy. The heat energy can increase the pressure of the inner barrel of the reactive cauldron obviously. If the pressure exceeds the rigidity of the inner barrel,instability of the barrel will be resulted.The author will introduce one case of accident originated from exothermic reaction and provide a resolving mode.
