摘要
基于电解质溶液中离子活度系数与浓度的关系,建立了计算不同组成饱和卤水混合析盐量的数学模型,借助于计算机,导出了新(未析盐)饱和卤水与析盐苦卤掺兑时的析盐规律,绘制了新饱和卤水与不同浓度苦卤不同兑卤比时的析盐量三维关系图,对于兑卤析盐生产具有一定指导意义。
Based on the relation between ion activity coefficient and molality of electrolytesolution, a mathematical model for calculating salt amount crystallizing form mixing brines is builtup. With the aid of computer, Salt crystallization law of mixing brines formed from new (without salt crystallization) saturated brine and bittern is studied. Plotted is a diagram which showsthe relation among mixing rate of brine, Baum' e gravity of bitterns and salt crystallizing amount.
