摘要 在线检测技术可以实现曲面零件特别是大型复杂零件加工精度的快速检测,能避免产生因二次装夹而出现的重定位误差。笔者针对在线检测技术的关键问题——检测路径规划开展研究,提出了基于零件三角网格模型测点法矢方向的检测方法,采用贪心局部优化算法和蚂蚁算法对测点路径进行优化,并对实例零件在取不同测点情况下两种算法的路径优化和测量效率进行了分析和比较。 Online inspection technology can be directly used in the inspection of machining accuracy of complex surface components. The method has the advantages of avoiding relocation error caused by the second time setup during a offline inspection process. The key issue of tool path planning in an online inspection system is studied in this paper. A polygonal model based inspecting method along facet normal direction is proposed. The generated tool paths are optimized through the algorithms of partial greed optimal algorithm and ant optimal algorithm. The meas- uring efficiency for both algorithms is compared through 3 test examples with different sample points, and the result shows that the proposed method can be used to improve the efficiency of the inspection system.
