摘要
以某型机前起落架为例,建立起落架有限单元模型,施加多点约束模拟起落架实际情况,然后应用全寿命分析方法,针对疲劳缺口系数、存活率和载荷加载系数的变化导致起落架疲劳寿命评估预测时产生不同的结果进行分析讨论,得出了疲劳寿命随不同参数的变化趋势,根据实际情况选择最符合实际的一组参数。预测评估前起落架的疲劳寿命,对起落架的寿命试验和设计有一定参考作用。
In this paper, taking the nose landing gear of an aircraft as an example, the finite element model of it is established, and the multipoint restriction is applied to simulating the actual situation of the landing gear. Different parameters such as fatigue notch factor, certainty of survival, and magnitude have great impact on the fatigue life assessment of the landing gear, and the relationship function between the parameters and the fatigue life are ob- tained by using the full service life analysis method, and the fatigue life of the nose landing gear is assessed with the most suitable parameters.
