摘要
针对螺旋锥齿轮加工质量的现状,提出了面向螺旋锥齿轮机械式铣齿机的螺旋锥齿轮电化学光整加工工艺方法。通过分析成功应用的典型电化学光整工艺方法,解决了螺旋锥齿轮电化学光整加工实施中获得稳定、均匀极间电流场及电解液流场所涉及的阴极运动模式及阴极几何结构;同时,实验验证了该工艺方法的可行性。实验结果表明:在实验研究的条件下,在Gleason№16型万能铣齿机的一个精加工铣削周期内,螺旋锥齿轮齿面的表面粗糙度可达Ra0.1μm的水平,其加工精度可由DIN10级提高到DIN7级。
In order to enhance the machining quality of spiral bevel gears ( SBG), we present a method of finishing SBG by electrochemical finishing (ECF) process based on a Gleason milling machine of SBG. By analyzing classic parts finished in ECF process, we found the key problems such as movement modeling of cathode and its geomet- rical structure which influence the stability and uniformity of the current field and flow field between the electrodes. The experimental result shows that the machining quality of SBG efficiency can be advanced to some extent. The SBG, having surface roughness Ra 0. 1μm and machining precision DIN 7, can be obtained from a poor machining quality( DIN 7 )in a period of finish machining by using Gleason N016 machine tool.
