摘要
简要介绍和讨论了已较普遍应用于食品科学中的灰色关联度分析法，并为它编制了BASIC数据处理程序；调试结果表明，使用方便，运行准确和可靠。
A analytical method of grey correlation degree,which is widely applied in food sciene, is briefly introduced and discussed. And it's BASIC data processing program is worked out. Debugging results show that its using is convenient, running is exact and reliabe.
