Construction Technology of Double Grouting for Bored Piles in Some Project

摘要 后压浆灌注桩在普通成孔灌注桩基础上,增加了放置压浆管、注浆准备及压浆3个步骤,并于桩成孔后在孔底投放直径1~3cm的碎石。某通信生产基地采用灌注桩复式注浆工艺进行地基处理,介绍了注浆工艺、施工设备、注浆管制作及高压注浆等技术措施,并提出施工质量保证措施。实践证明,复合注浆技术不仅能显著提高桩的承载力、有效减少桩基沉降,且质量稳定可靠、无噪声、无振动、无污染。 Based on traditional bored piles technology, three construction steps are added in construction of post-grouting bored piles including laying grouting pipes, preparation and grouting. Then gravel with 1- 3mm in diameter is put in bottom of formed holes. Foundation treatment of a communication production base adopts double grouting technology for bored piles. Technologies such as grouting process, construction equipment, grouting pipes preparation and high-pressure grouting are introduced, as well as quality ensuring measures. It proves that double grouting technology can improve bearing capacity and reduce settlement of bored piles. Moreover, it has advantages of stable and reliable quality, quietness, no vibration and no pollution.
