摘要
依托上海世博会浦东临时场馆项目管理实践,分析在项目前期进行项目群进度策划的必要性,构建了上海世博会临时场馆项目群进度策划的基本框架和实施要点,明确了临时场馆项目群的进度计划体系、项目参与各方的工作任务分工和进度计划与控制工作的标准流程;指出上海世博会临时场馆项目群进度策划需要进一步研究。
Based on the management practice of temporary pavilion program in Pudong area of Expo 2010 Shanghai China, authors analyze the significance of schedule planning at the beginning of a program. Then the basic frame and main points of schedule planning are built for the temporary pavilion program. Moreover the schedule planning system, division of work in all participants of the program, and control work flow are defined. At last, further research problems in the schedule planning are put forward.
