摘要
实施合同管理风险防范与控制是降低经营风险、提高经济效益、增强竞争力的关键环节,需要在合同管理的全过程进行风险防范与控制。分析了在市场经济条件下合同管理风险的主要表现形式、合同管理风险的成因和实施合同管理风险防范与控制的措施。指出加强合同管理风险的分析预测和研究,建立健全合同管理风险防范与控制体系,是降低风险、提高经济效益的有效途径。
Contract management risks prevention and control are key links in reducing operation risk, improving economy benefit and enhancing competitiveness, so it is necessary in the whole contract management process. The author analyzes main manifestation, causes and control measures of contract management risks. It is proposed that enhancing analysis, forecasting and research of contract risks management and establishing prevention and control system are effective ways for reducing the risks and improving economy benefits.
