本文通过对1例无痛人工流产术后因情绪影响继之呼吸心跳骤停的观察、急救与护理,发现无痛流产手术前、后做好心理护理,术中及术后密切做好神志、呼吸、循环的监测非常重要,备好急救器械掌握急救技术是关键。在发现患者意识丧失、呼吸停止经正确判断后及时正确施救,清醒后给予心理支持,成功地挽救了患者生命,维护了健康。

This thesis summarizes observation, first aid and nursing of the case that after having the painless abortion, the patient stopped breathing and began to disorder of her circulation. It＇s very important to take good psychological nursing before and after the operation and to monitor patients＇ mind, breath and circulation closely in and after the operation. It＇s the key to prepare the equipment and master the technology of first aid. In this case, as soon as the patient lost consciousness and stopped breathing, the operator gave artificial respiration, made cardiac compression and used emergency drugs correctly. After she sobered, she was given psychological support. The patient＇s life was saved successfully.
