空间决策支持系统的建立是实现化学矿业可持续发展战略最佳技术手段之一。通过动态监、分析评价、预测预警、管理规划与决策的完整体建立的设计模型，可在化学矿业可持续发展决策等方面实现宏观规划，中观管理与微观工程决策三大目标，提高化学矿业可持续发展管理水平。
To implement the sustainable development of chemical mining sector, establishing a policy making 3 D support system should be critical as the system based on dynamic monitoring, analytical appraising, management planning and integrated policy making is able to conduct for the sector macro planning, medium management and micro operation, as a result, greatly improving its mining management.
